About the engagement button

What it does

The button records that you spent time with your horse on a given day. One tap. Nothing more.

Why it exists

It allows us to gently adjust the rhythm of readings to your actual life — whether you spend time with your horse daily, weekly, or irregularly. It is never required, and the reading continues whether or not you use it.

What we record

• Which day (Day 1-7) was acknowledged
• The timestamp of the tap
• The reading ID (to associate with the correct horse)

What we do not record

• Your location
• Your device information (beyond standard web request headers)
• What you did with the horse
• How long you spent

Who sees this data

Only the Equine Notion system uses this data to adjust reading rhythm. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not visible to other users.

How long we keep it

• Apprentice tier (free): 37 days after the reading completes, then permanently deleted.
• Paid members: Retained for the duration of membership, then deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

How to delete it

Email support@equinenotion.com at any time. We will delete all engagement records associated with your email within 5 business days, per GDPR Art. 17.

Your right to do nothing

You may ignore the button entirely. The seven-day Field Reading will be delivered in full regardless. The button is an option, not an obligation.
