1. Digital Service — Immediate Provision
Equine Notion is a digital content and service platform. All services are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon your explicit request, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
At the point of purchase, you are required to:
- Expressly request that the service begins immediately.
- Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
Both consents are recorded with timestamp, IP address, and user agent as required by EU law.
3. Free Seven-Day Field Reading
The Field Reading is a complimentary service. No payment is required and no refund applies. The right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of the seventh and final reading.
4. Monthly Subscriptions (Foundation, Practice, Mastery)
- Each billing period constitutes a complete service delivery cycle.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- Service access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Inner Circle (€999/month)
- Same terms as monthly subscriptions apply.
- Cancellation stops renewal; current period is fulfilled in full.
- Invitation status is forfeited upon cancellation.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of demonstrable technical failure where the service was not delivered as described, Sillion BV may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for the affected period. This is not a contractual right but a gesture of good faith.
