2. Service Description

Equine Notion provides:

• Observable field-based pattern analysis of horses
• Five-system framework readings (Nine Star Ki, Four Pillars, Western Astrological Timing, Numerology of Date, Numerology of Name)
• Daily observation tracking (Karte system)
• Philosophical inquiry and symbolic interpretation
• Field Notes research publications

3. What We Do Not Provide

Equine Notion does not:

• Diagnose disease or medical conditions
• Replace veterinary care or professional animal welfare advice
• Guarantee specific behavioral outcomes
• Claim to prove supernatural or paranormal mechanisms

3a. AI-Generated Content

Field Reading observation notes, Karte responses, and related output are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic). Specifically:

• Observation notes are produced by AI using deterministic calculations and curated knowledge bases
• The system uses five mathematical frameworks, a 270-breed database, and 379-item knowledge bases drawn from veterinary genetics (UC Davis VGL), peer-reviewed equine ethology, and traditional symbolic correspondences
• All output is observation-invitational in nature — it is not veterinary diagnosis, training instruction, or behaviour prescription
• For any health concern observed, we recommend consultation with a licensed veterinarian
• For training or behaviour concerns, we recommend consultation with a qualified equine behaviourist

This disclosure is provided in compliance with EU AI Act Article 50 (transparency obligations for AI-generated content).

4. Services and Pricing

Field Access

Field Access is a fixed-term service. It is not a recurring subscription and does not renew automatically. Payment is made by bank transfer only. Continuation after the selected period requires a new order.

Field Access terms are 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. During the selected period, Weekly Field Maps are generated and made available in the customer’s account. No automatic charge occurs after the term ends.

Prices are shown in EUR. VAT treatment may depend on the customer’s location and the applicable status of Sillion B.V. The final payable amount will be confirmed before payment. Prices are fixed. We do not offer discounts, promotional pricing, founder rates, or limited-time offers.

5. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when you:

1. Complete the registration form
2. Provide explicit consent via both required checkboxes
3. Submit the form

Service begins immediately upon form submission, as expressly requested by you.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Art. 16 Waiver

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16:

• By checking the explicit consent boxes at sign-up, you expressly request immediate service provision.
• You acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully provided during the withdrawal period.
• For the free seven-day Field Reading: the right of withdrawal expires upon full delivery of all seven readings.
• For legacy membership services (if applicable): the right of withdrawal expires upon completion of the first billing period.
• For Field Access fixed-term services: the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of the first Weekly Field Map during the selected term.

7. Renewal and Continuation

Some legacy membership services may renew on a month-to-month basis where specifically stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Equine Notion Field Access is a fixed-term service. Field Access does not renew automatically. Payment is by bank transfer only, and continuation after the selected period requires a new order. No automatic charge occurs after the term ends.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel an active service at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support@equinenotion.com. Upon cancellation:

• Service continues until the end of the current paid period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on equinenotion.com — including Field Readings, Field Notes, Karte analysis, frameworks, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Sillion B.V. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Equine Notion provides observational pattern analysis and philosophical interpretation. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Sillion B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Almelo, the Netherlands.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may refer to the European Commission’s consumer rights information or competent national consumer authorities for dispute resolution.

13. AI-Generated Content and Transparency

Equine Notion uses AI-generated symbolic illustrations across its website and emails, as well as AI-assisted text generation for reflective horse-human field readings. Images are symbolic illustrations and are not real photographs. Readings are not veterinary, medical, safety, or competition advice. The underlying divination framework uses deterministic computation (not AI) for birth chart analysis, combined with AI (Claude by Anthropic) for prose rendering and image generation (OpenAI). 14. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
