Private Site Visit Consultation
Both Equine Notion founders come to your property to observe the place where the horses actually live, then examine the situation with you directly, in conversation.
The place itself becomes part of the consultation.
Some questions cannot be understood fully from a description alone. A Site Visit Consultation allows us to see the land, facilities, movement routes, herd context and daily living environment before discussing what they may mean for the situation you brought us to examine.

Within the Netherlands
The visit takes place at the business client's horse property, stable, yard or other relevant site in the Netherlands.
What we may observe
The exact emphasis depends on your question and the property. We observe what is relevant rather than applying a fixed inspection checklist.
- Land layout, paddocks, pasture and movement routes
- Shelter, resting areas, water and feeding locations
- Herd composition, spacing and access to resources
- Fences, gateways, bottlenecks and practical daily routes
- Ground conditions, mud, shade, exposure and seasonal constraints
- How people, horses and facilities interact in ordinary daily life
We do not ask you to prepare the property for our visit. The purpose is to understand how the horses normally live there.
Observation and conversation
The visit is not a written inspection report. What we see is discussed with you during the reserved time. The conversation may move between Problem Advisory, Coexistence Design, Equine Dialogue or several areas when the situation requires it.
Photographs, videos, veterinary records, plans, diagrams or other material may be shown during the visit. Reading and examining those materials is part of the booked time; detailed advance analysis is not included.
How the visit works
- Send us the broad subject you want to examine, your business details and the location of the property.
- We confirm that the visit is within the service scope and agree the date and starting time.
- The consultation fee and fixed travel fee are paid in advance by bank transfer.
- Both Equine Notion founders attend the property. Relevant areas are observed, followed or accompanied by direct discussion during the reserved time.
- If both sides are available to continue, additional time may be added in full one-hour units at €750 per hour.
Observation does not mean horse handling.
No physical horse work
We do not catch, lead, restrain, ride, train, groom, feed or otherwise handle the horses as part of this service. Physical contact with horses is not part of the consultation.
Safety decides access
We decide on site which areas can be entered or observed safely. Weather, ground conditions, animals, other people or site conditions may limit part of the visit without changing the consultation fee when the consultation itself can continue.
Clear boundaries
- This is not veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment or emergency advice.
- This is not a riding lesson, horse-training session or practical horse-handling session.
- No particular behavioural, health, commercial or other result is guaranteed.
- No written report, later email consultation, additional analysis or follow-up is included in the three-hour fee.
- Photography, audio recording and video recording of the consultation by participants are not permitted unless Equine Notion gives prior permission.
- The client is responsible for lawful access to the property and for informing us in advance about relevant site, animal or access hazards.

This service is not offered to private consumers. The booking must be made in the course of a business or professional activity. A registered business name and VAT number are required before the visit is confirmed.
