2. What Data We Collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, billing address.
  • Transaction data: purchased services, invoices, payment confirmations (bank transfer references).
  • Communication data: emails, contact forms, session scheduling information.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, cookies/consent choices (see Cookie Policy).
  • Media provided by you (optional): short videos/photos of your pasture/herd that you send for on-site visit preparation; we advise redacting faces/plates where possible.
  • Testimonial data (optional, opt-in): statements you choose to provide for publication. Where portraits are used, we may substitute AI-generated illustrative images to protect privacy.
  • Special category data: We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., health, beliefs). Please avoid sending such information.

3. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you: when you contact us, purchase services, provide media for preparation, or subscribe to updates.
  • Automatically: via cookies/analytics when you browse our website (see Cookie Policy).

4. Why We Process Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to process orders, deliver services (online/coaching/on-site), provide support, and administer membership access.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure our site, prevent abuse/fraud, improve services, prepare tailored agendas for visits, and maintain business records.
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, and statutory retention requirements.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for non-essential cookies/analytics and for marketing emails (opt-in only; you can withdraw at any time).

Non-medical nature: Our services are educational and philosophical; they are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or veterinary advice. Do not share health data with us.

5. How Long We Keep Data

  • Contract/transaction data: up to 7 years (Dutch tax/accounting laws).
  • General communications: up to 24 months after last contact, unless longer is necessary for legal claims.
  • Media provided for preparation: up to 6 months after the on-site visit or cancellation, then deleted unless retention is required for legal reasons or you consent to longer use (e.g., training internal staff).
  • Testimonials (opt-in): until you withdraw consent or ask us to remove them.
  • Cookies/analytics: per our Cookie Policy and your preferences.

6. Sharing & International Transfers

  • We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., secure hosting, email delivery, website analytics, document storage). We do not sell personal data.
  • Where processors are outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures) as required by GDPR.
  • We may disclose data if required by law or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable.

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (does not affect prior lawful processing).

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, data minimization, and staff awareness. No system is perfectly secure; please share only the minimum data required for the service.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy (EU). You can manage your preferences via the consent banner and your browser settings. Non-essential cookies run only with your consent.

10. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly process their personal data.
