Tetiana V. Nonaka

Co-Founder, Equine Notion — Philosopher of awareness, communication, and ethical coexistence

Tetiana integrates observation, communication, and intuitive understanding into the daily practice of Equine Notion. With a background in international economics and behavioral strategy, she connects philosophy to clear educational structures and real-world systems of cooperation.

Her focus is simple: translate awareness into practice — designing programs, media, and learning environments where horses and humans coexist without dominance.

Nobuyuki Nonaka

Co-Founder, Equine Notion — Philosopher of Natural Order and Human–Horse Coexistence

Nobuyuki explores how awareness and natural law shape both human and equine behavior. His work shows that harmony is not achieved by control, but by understanding — observation, distance, timing, and respect form the structure of every relationship.

Based in Markelo, he observes a free-living herd of Icelandic horses across 3.4 hectares of forest and meadow — no stables, no confinement, no riding. Horses choose their own shelter and rhythm.

Philosophy & Practice

We do not ride, train, or control horses. We observe, listen, and learn from the natural order — allowing horses to remain as horses and humans to remember how to understand. Our work bridges philosophy and lived experience, uniting quiet awareness with daily life.

“To understand horses is to understand yourself.”
