Equine Notion — clear structure, respectful coexistence, and lawful transparency.
1. Definitions
“We/Us” means Sillion B.V. operating “Equine Notion”.
“You/Client” means any person or entity purchasing or accessing our services or materials.
“Services” include: The Equine Notion Framework (online program), Mentorship Program (individual guidance), Field Experience (on-site in Markelo, NL), and Circle Membership (annual community).

3. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18+ and to legal entities. By purchasing, you confirm you have full legal capacity and authority.
4. Prices & Taxes
All prices are listed in EUR. Any applicable taxes or statutory charges will be handled according to Dutch/EU law and shown at checkout or on invoice where relevant.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment method: Bank transfer (IBAN/SEPA) only.
- Prepayment: 100% upfront payment is required to confirm participation or access.
- No instalments: We do not offer instalment plans.
- Enrolment, seat allocation, or access is confirmed only after funds are received in full.
6. Delivery & Access
- Online program: Access credentials/links are provided after receipt of full payment.
- Mentorship: Your schedule is proposed/confirmed after payment; sessions are conducted online.
- Field Experience: Dates and attendance details are confirmed after payment; travel and accommodation are not included.
- Membership: Access begins on the activation date and runs for 12 months.
7. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer rules, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once digital content is supplied or service performance has begun with your prior consent.
- Digital content (Framework): By requesting/accepting access after payment, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access is granted.
- Scheduled services (Mentorship / Field Experience / Membership): By requesting/accepting confirmed dates or activation, you acknowledge that performance begins on confirmation and the right of withdrawal ends at that point.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once access is granted or a date is confirmed.
- Mentorship: One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days in advance (subject to availability). No-shows or late cancellations are treated as delivered.
- Field Experience: You may transfer your seat to another person if notified at least 7 days in advance (name/contact required). Severe weather/safety: we may postpone and offer a new date (no refund).

9. Conduct & Safety
We do not ride, train, or handle horses as entertainment. Observations occur at a respectful distance. You agree to follow all instructions related to safety, privacy, and welfare. We reserve the right to deny or terminate participation if safety or integrity is at risk.
10. No Medical or Financial Claims
Our services are philosophical/educational in nature. We do not provide medical, psychological, veterinary, legal, or financial advice. No outcomes are guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions and well-being.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials (videos, texts, audio, graphics, methods) are protected by copyright and related rights. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Redistribution, public posting, recording, or derivative works are prohibited without prior written consent.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are handled per our Cookie Policy (EU).
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, power/network outages, governmental actions, illness, or other emergencies). In such cases, services will be reasonably postponed or adapted.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The latest version published on this page applies to new purchases and renewals.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
