What an individually prepared service is
Each service is prepared by a person, for one horse and one situation, from the materials you provide. The methods and knowledge are ours; the situation is yours. Nothing is generated as a bulk document, and nothing about your horse is inferred from a template.
What every service shares: the facts as received, examined conditions, connections where they exist, uncertainty where they do not, practical considerations, and guidance for what follows. What differs is the scope and the form of the deliverable.
How ordering works

- Place the order and pay by bank transfer, using your payment reference
- After payment is confirmed, receive the intake questions by email
- Submit your materials — we ask for anything missing
- Your material is prepared individually, reviewed, and delivered as a private web page with 90 days of access

Common questions
Can I order more than one service?
You can, but you do not need to. Most situations are best served by one central question, examined properly. If you are unsure, ask us first.
Are these lessons, training or treatment?
No. They are written analyses of living conditions, life design and communication structure. No veterinary diagnosis, no treatment, no training instruction, no emergency advice.
What do the prices exclude?
All prices exclude VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country, customer type and — for businesses — a validated EU VAT number where applicable.
When does the work start?
After your bank transfer is confirmed. Ordering records your intention; nothing is analysed and nothing is generated until the payment is confirmed and your intake materials are received.
Who prepares the analysis?
A small private practice: the founder who developed this method, with the field observation and client experience of our two-person practice. Every report is read and reviewed before delivery.
Where does Equine Notion’s work start from?
Our work begins with the horse’s own capacity to regulate, adapt, and recover. Rather than treating the horse as a problem to be corrected from the outside, we examine the conditions surrounding the horse: movement, forage access, herd life, environment, daily rhythms, and human involvement. Within our own herd, this approach was developed without making veterinary intervention the centre of care. Equine Notion shares observations, lived experience, and approaches to daily living conditions. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, claim to cure a horse, or instruct an owner either to seek or refuse veterinary care. Decisions concerning veterinary care remain with the owner.
