Private On-Site Consultation
A private, indoor consultation with both Equine Notion founders for business and professional clients who want to examine their situation directly, in conversation.
Two founders. One private consultation.
Every On-Site Consultation is conducted jointly by both Equine Notion founders. You may attend alone or bring one second participant; the fee is the same for one or two participants.

Both participants may take part in the discussion. The price does not change when a second participant attends.
LANGUAGE
English only
The consultation and all on-site instructions are provided in English. All participants must be able to understand them directly.
What you may bring into the conversation
The consultation may focus on Problem Advisory, Coexistence Design, Equine Dialogue, or move between several areas during the booked time.
- Horse-related difficulties and recurring patterns
- Environment, land, herd structure and daily husbandry
- Non-ridden coexistence and long-term living design
- Relationship, boundaries, distance, timing and communication
- Decisions involving several horses, people or practical constraints
- Any other subject within Equine Notion’s non-medical advisory scope
There is no limit on the number of questions or subjects you may bring. The consultation is charged by reserved time, not by issue.
Documents and materials
You may bring photographs, video, veterinary records, plans, diagrams, written histories or other material relevant to the discussion. Reading, viewing and examining those materials takes place during your booked consultation time.
Information requested before the visit is used only to understand the broad direction of the consultation. It is not advance analysis, and submitted materials are not reviewed in depth before the booked session.
How the visit works
- Order the 2-hour On-Site Consultation as a business or professional client.
- Provide the limited preliminary information requested by Equine Notion so we understand the general direction of the meeting.
- Attend the agreed appointment at Equine Notion in the Netherlands. The consultation itself takes place indoors.
- If time remains and circumstances allow, a brief view of selected parts of the property may be possible. This is optional and is not a guaranteed part of the service.
- If both sides are available to continue, additional time may be purchased in full one-hour units at €750 per hour.
The property and the horses
Property view
A brief view of selected areas may be possible during the booked time when Equine Notion considers conditions suitable. Weather, safety, land conditions or other circumstances may mean that the entire consultation remains indoors.
No horse contact
Horse contact is not included and is not permitted. Participants do not enter horse enclosures, approach, touch or feed the horses. The horses living at Equine Notion are not used as client demonstration animals.
Clear boundaries
- This is not veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment or emergency advice.
- This is not a riding lesson, horse-training session or practical horse-handling session.
- No particular result, behavioural change, health outcome or future event is guaranteed.
- No written report, later email consultation, further analysis or follow-up is included in the 2-hour fee.
- Photography, audio recording and video recording by participants are not permitted unless Equine Notion gives prior permission.
- All participants must be 18 or older. Photo identification may be checked on arrival; no ID copy is retained for age verification.
Business and professional clients only
This service is not offered to consumers. The order must be placed in the course of a business or professional activity. A registered business name and VAT number are required when ordering.
The person placing the order confirms that the agreement is being entered into for business or professional purposes and not as a private consumer.
