Why this is not a signal dictionary or fixed course
A pinned ear, a turned head, an approach or a withdrawal does not carry one universal meaning. Equine Dialogue reads behaviour inside the sequence it belongs to: the individual horse, the receiver, what happened before, what the human did next, what the horse did after that, and whether the pattern repeats.
The 90-day path is therefore not the same course for every pair. The Current Position is assessed first; capacities that are genuinely present are subtracted, and only what is still missing is provided. The horse remains able to continue, pause, refuse, re-initiate or end an interaction.
Equine Dialogue treats the horse as an active participant. Meaning is read from the individual, receiver, context, sequence, relationship history, response and repetition — never from a universal signal dictionary. The route is Current Position Diagnostic → subtract what is already genuinely present → provide what is still missing → personalized 90-day Learning Area → practice and case evidence → final output → formal reassessment.
What the 90-day cycle develops and observes
Standard uses four reference domains, adapted to the Current Position of the pair rather than treated as a completion checklist:
- RECONNECT — noticing the interaction already happening before adding more
- EVERYDAY YES/NO — making real, safe choices capable of changing the human's next action
- COMBINED CHOICES — reading choice, context and sequence together
- HORSE-INITIATED DIALOGUE — noticing and responding when the horse initiates interaction
- Initiation, continuation, pause, refusal, termination and re-initiation
- Reciprocity and adjustment without converting them into obedience metrics
- Pair-specific conventions supported by repetition and context
- What remains uncertain and what evidence would change the interpretation
- Human Dialogue Capacity and Relationship Maturity kept as separate dimensions
What you provide during the cycle
The service is built from the actual pair rather than a generic course. Depending on the stage, you provide:
- The factual intake for one human and one horse
- Answers to the Current Position Diagnostic
- Ordinary observations from daily interaction rather than staged demonstrations
- Progress notes about what you observed, changed or learned
- Photographs or video when useful; media content is used as evidence only after human review
- Counterexamples, pauses, refusals and situations where the expected pattern did not occur
- Your formal reassessment answers after the final output
How the 90-day Dialogue cycle works
The Current Position is established first. The personalized Learning Area then runs for a fixed 90 days; the Final Output is delivered before Formal Reassessment.

- Complete the Current Position Diagnostic for the pair, keeping Human Dialogue Capacity and Relationship Maturity separate.
- Equine Notion subtracts capacities already genuinely demonstrated and identifies what is still missing.
- The personalized Learning Area opens for a fixed 90-day cycle.
- During the cycle, record practice and case evidence. Submitted media becomes evidence only after human review.
- After the 90 days, the Final Output is prepared from the starting Current Position and the recorded evidence, then substantively reviewed before delivery.
- Only after the Final Output is delivered do you complete the Formal Reassessment.
- If you renew, the confirmed new Current Position becomes the starting point for the next personalized cycle.
What the cycle delivers
The first delivered artifact opens the personalized Learning Area and its fixed 90-day cycle. After the cycle, a separate final output is prepared from the starting Current Position and the recorded evidence, reviewed by Master NONAKA, and delivered before reassessment.

Evidence and questions during the 90-day Learning Area
During the active 90-day Learning Area, progress notes and reviewed case evidence are kept with the pair. The final output is prepared only after the cycle; formal reassessment comes after that final output, not before it.
The cycle is asynchronous and written. Telephone calls, video calls, online meetings and visits are not included.
Questions inside the active Learning Area
Questions and evidence stay within the private Learning Area and the purchased pair-specific scope. A new horse, a different substantive case, emergency support or unlimited correspondence is not included.

Observation starts with sequence rather than a fixed meaning. Record what happened immediately before the horse's action, what the human did next, and what the horse did after that.
A single approach, withdrawal, pause or refusal is not treated as proof of an inner state. Repetition across comparable contexts can support a pair-specific working interpretation, while contradictory cases remain part of the evidence.
The purpose of practice evidence is not to make the horse conform to a target response. It is to show whether choices can alter the next human action and whether reciprocal adjustment becomes more reliable over time.

Questions owners ask before ordering
What is the Current Position Diagnostic?
It establishes two separate starting dimensions for this human-horse pair: Human Dialogue Capacity and Relationship Maturity. The starting snapshot is preserved for the cycle and is not overwritten by the later reassessment.
Is Standard a fixed 90-day course?
No. The diagnostic comes first. What is already genuinely present is subtracted and the Learning Area provides what is still missing for this pair.
What is the difference between Standard and Masterclass?
Standard develops the pair from its Current Position through the four reference domains. Masterclass is advanced dyadic work and cannot be purchased merely by choosing the higher price; eligibility must be demonstrated and approved first.
How do I become eligible for Masterclass?
Complete the private Current Position Diagnostic for the exact customer and horse. All required capability criteria must be supported and Master NONAKA must approve that same pair. Checkout revalidates the approved pair before accepting a Masterclass order.
Can video prove what my horse means?
No. Submitted media is not interpreted automatically. Human-reviewed observation may be used as case evidence, while intention and pair-specific meaning remain bounded by context, sequence, response, repetition and uncertainty.
Does one behaviour have one meaning?
No. Equine Dialogue does not use a universal signal dictionary. The individual, receiver, context, sequence, relationship history, response and repetition all matter.
What happens during the 90 days?
You work in the private Learning Area, record practice and case evidence, and observe initiation, choice, response, pause, refusal, adjustment, re-initiation and other relevant patterns without forcing a predetermined result.
What happens at the end of the cycle?
A separate final output is prepared from the starting Current Position and the cycle evidence, reviewed and delivered. Only after that do you complete the formal reassessment.
What happens if reassessment evidence conflicts?
Conflicting or advanced evidence is preserved for human review. It does not automatically overwrite Human Dialogue Capacity or Relationship Maturity.
What happens if I renew?
The confirmed new Current Position becomes the starting basis for a new personalized cycle. The previous route is not simply reissued.
Is this veterinary or emergency support?
No. Equine Dialogue does not diagnose or treat and is not an emergency service. Urgent health concerns require your veterinarian.
In which languages is the private service available?
Customer-facing intake, diagnostic questions and delivered material are available in English, Dutch, German and French.
Does Equine Dialogue promise attunement?
No. Ninety days does not guarantee horse initiation, mature tacit understanding, stable advanced reciprocity or years of shared history.
